molding design has 6 main parts.

direction, pressure maintaining, cooling and warping, to promise
design the most injection system, cooling system.

step is for designer to find how to design the mold with perfect.
After above analysis, Find problems, could discuss with the customer how to
design the good mood. Injection way, cooling system, ejector way, all of them
will influence got a good mould and products.
1. mould design
After finished CAE,
then design the mould.
Including mould cavity, mould core,
Injection way and dimension , cooling way and dimension, and
ejector way at the same time, could purchase mould steel also
need choice mould steel ,think about the tooling way,
thinking it could use standard mould base or not.
2. Testing, Evaluate before this step, all of
the above steps are theoretical, before mold Making , we suggest use does Rapid
Prototype, it is for making a sample, it saves money and could find
problems.
3. Then Engineering drawings
CAM software will automatically create mold cavity and core code. To
suitable for tooling requirements, should change the 3D to 2D date
for tooling.
