In order to avoid this problem, our company has a special product design department.
Our product designers will check the rationality of plastic auto part and help to
achieve optimal product structure, adjust the suitable ratio between the product
wall thickness and rib thickness. Meanwhile, they will increase some demoulding draft to help the product successfully demoulding. After the product design
is finished, our mold designer whom with rich experience
will design suitable ejector pin position and optimal cooling system. Take advantage of the optimal
cooling system, our plastic auto mould has the fast cycle time which will guarantee
the production capacity. We also will arrange a meeting to check the mold design and
MOLDFLOW analysis so that to offer client the best quality auto mold.
